So does anyone have either game Payday or Payday2? Because I'm rather for the idea of a RP based on it.

I imagine we could simply make a band of heisters since Payday's universe doesn't exactly object to it.
Crime.Net is a host for billions of criminals to organize together and find contracts; so we can just write out a chunk of words explaining that then some more juice text.
A plot can come about through contracts.
Mayhaps a GM can have contracts that come and go.
