Maybe a Crime-focused RP?
Not so intensely in depth, and maybe set in a different era than modern; maybe Western or Industrial? Some WW2 persons running about in conquered cities mussin up supply trains or depots or simply forwarding a revolution?
Or a western RP with a sort of Cops'n'Robberz going about, with one handful of RP'ers being the Law and another being the Robbaz?
