Here's what I slapped together with a bottle of water in my stomach...
So many years of war, death, famine and destruction. So many years of change...
And now; the very world around the people of Tamriel is changing. Changing through the creation of wisdom, logic, and machinery. It's the dawn of a new era, and the sun shall rise over the corpses of the dead.

I'd like to see this happen; muskets would be common but the flintlock mechanism would be just hitting public use. I'll elaborate when I get my gears working...

I guess the title is based off of Mount & Blade: Of Fire and Sword?

Anyways, sounds intriguiging. I assume this one will have guns, yes?

Well, let's rebump this.
I'm thinking that the people in Elsweyr were the first to discover the musket schematics: hidden amongst the ruins of Dwemer construct: more primitive than others; and considerably less deep than most Dwemer ruins: though the site was eternally covered for the sands shifted and collapsed the ruins, though the Redguard and Khajiit explorers were able to grow rich off the schematics...

And let's not forget a couple of wars between countries to slow the others down from actually making the muskets.

Pretty sure them Nords be pretty protective over their new siege weapons to the Aldmeri people.

Aye, though I was thinking that other factions and such would be stealing and copying the schematics from the explorers who've gotten the schematics. As such; it starts a sort of Cold War-esque piece. The RP would take place nearing the end of it as war preparations are made: the beginning won't be heavily in combat but the latter will.

You know, since this takes place after Skyrim, we're probably gonna have some alliances of different races.

Like Dark Elves deciding to stop fighting with the Argonians to form a pact to fight back the Aldmeri dudes.

Dark Elves, Nords, Argonians could be one alliance.

I was thinking everything stayed the same, aside from Ulfric seizing power[?] over Skyrim. Like I said; nothing too drastic has happened yet besides mass-producing muskets to troops. Then everything will turn into a bloody FFA when the first war breaks...

Ulfric seizing power?

I thought this was more into the future, but that flies to.

It is. But Ulfric seizing power would still be meaningful history.

Honestly, seeing that the Imperials were actually under the Aldmeri dudes, I don't see that happening.

No...... The Imperials were in the Empire. Just.... A unfair peace treaty... I think.

But this is after Skyrim. So.... Things can change. *shrug*

I said it once, I'll say it again.
Things stay the same after Skyrim, whether Ulfric succeeds in his rebellion or not. No changes will happen until war breaks out...
I'm thinking it'd be between Skyrim and the Aldmeri Dominion; not the Imperial Legions. Keep in mind; if Stormcloaks win, Ulfric is the high king of Skyrim...

ALRIGHT
FUKKEN BACK TO COLLABORATING.
So, it seems Stormcloaks have won de challung. As such, Ulfric has seized power in Skyrim.
But, should he be High-King of Skyrim? Perhaps it is still in debate or some'n? probably not but I'm putting it out there.
I want this RP to be simple and sweet, something everyone can just jump onto whenever...

He shouldn't be. I assume this is far in the future, and Ulfric is dead, and thus has a successor in power.

"It's a new era, So many years of famine and war," etc.
