Other reports (Imperial point of view)

Bandits - Bandit activity is considerably lower. As of yet, no knowledge why.

Forsworn - Forsworn activity is extremely dangerous. No attacks on cities or other major positions, though Imperial forces in The Reach are completely wiped out by Forsworn. Next target is unknown.

Falmer - Falmer activity is on the rise, Imperial forces have been repeatedly attacked and many contingents stationed in Dwarven Ruins have gone silent, possibly because of Falmer.

Dunmer - Dunmer form resistance against Stormcloaks in Eastmarch. Doing a good job, too.

Imperial Support - Absolutely none, except for a trickle of supplies to border camps. Legate Cano is the only remaining Legate that poses a threat to Stormcloak operations. Even then, a minor threat at most.

Stormcloak Support - Massively overwhelming.

Thalmor - Intelligence hints that a Thalmor invasion is likely. Any Imperial Legion forces west of The Pale, Falkreath Hold, and Whiterun Hold have withdrawn to Cyrodiil or eastern Skyrim immediately.

Despite the victory of the Stormcloak freedom army, Imperial Legion troops and commander's remain in enemy land, being forced to survive under ever worse odd's. Their lives are being barely sustained by kind folk and luck, they eagerly try to make their way over the border as they attempt to survive in a land they once felt at home with...

Bio:

Soldiers come in several varieties:

Soldier: A soldier. Obviously. Armed with melee weapon and bow.

Archer: A soldier without a good melee weapon, but they are slightly better with a bow.

Field Commander/Field Legate: A better armed and armored officer that is often seen on the field.

General/Legate: The best of the best, they are excellent fighters and won't go down too easily.

Mage/Wizard: Considering their reputation in Skyrim, there aren't many in employ by the Stormcloaks as the Imperial Legion, but there are more signing up. They frequently use healing and defensive spells, but also come with a devastating Ice Spike/Firebolt spell.

Bandits - Bandit activity is considerably lower. As of yet, no knowledge why.
